Why would a man want to restore his foreskin?Basic male instinct keeps our minds focused on this important part of the male sexual anatomy almost all day. To think that someone made altercations, changes, surgical removal of the most nerve rich tissue on our bodies, for no clear, sound medical reason is disheartening. The very fundament of our sexual being has been mutilated to fulfill some imagined mythical benefit. Any imagined benefits have been disproved decades ago, yet this barbaric practice still prevails. No credible medical organization in the world supports routine infant circumcision. But despite this, it is pushed on millions of infants/children around the world each year. Circumcised men instinctively know something important and integral is missing...and we want it back! Now to answer the question: Some reasons a man would want to restore are: 1. Wanting the natural look 2. Regaining something that was stolen 3. Getting back what was mean to be there 4. Regaining sensitivity. Here are some of the main functions of the foreskin:1. Protection- Similar to how the eyelids protect the eyes. The foreskin keeps the glans protected from clothing abrasion. For babies, the glans prevent feces from contacting the urethra and glans. 2. Temperature/pH- Foreskin keeps the temperature and pH of the glans at balanced levels. 3. Intercourse- Foreskin aids intercourse in many ways. The glans are constantly covered, smooth, and moist making intercourse less painful for the partner being penetrated. The moisture is attributed to smegma, a buildup of skin cells, oils and semen. Smegma is actually natural and a good thing, but it is perceived as dirty. Smegma is prevalent in intact males and even females. 4. Nerves- This one goes along with intercourse. When the foreskin is amputated, thousands and thousands of erogenous nerves are removed. This significantly reduces pleasure in circumcised men. |
